1 – Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use our Site or services.

2 – Our Services

We offer a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Web design and development
  • Google Ads management
  • Web and Email Hosting services

Each project is unique, and we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the specific services for your project.

3 – Web Design & Development

3.1 – Client Responsibilities

To ensure your project runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to:

  • Provide all necessary materials (e.g., text, images, brand guidelines) in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback on our work promptly
  • Grant us access to necessary accounts and platforms

3.2 – Project Timelines

We’ll work diligently to deliver your project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, please understand that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as late delivery of client materials or unforeseen technical issues.

3.3 – Extra Work

We’re happy to accommodate changes and additional requests. However, significant changes or additions to the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees. We’ll always discuss these with you before proceeding.

4 – Google Ads Management (or other Ads platform)

4.1 – Performance

We strive to create effective advertising strategies tailored to your business. However, due to the nature of online advertising, we cannot guarantee specific results such as increased traffic, conversions, or sales.

4.2 – Client Responsibilities

To maximise the effectiveness of your campaigns, please:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business and goals
  • Respond promptly to our requests for information or approvals
  • Maintain a website that accurately reflects your current offerings

5 – Hosting Services

5.1 Web Hosting

We provide web hosting services through Cloudways. To ensure optimal performance and flexibility of your website, we require access to your domain registrar to manage DNS settings.

5.1.1 Registrar Access

We may need full access to your domain registrar to manage DNS records, particularly A records that point to our web hosting servers. This is necessary because our Cloudways server IP addresses may change due to scaling and server migrations to optimise performance.

You can grant us access to your registrar in the following ways:

  • For Cloudflare: Add us as a delegated user
  • For GoDaddy: Add us as a delegated user

Providing this access ensures that we can promptly update your DNS settings when needed, minimising any potential downtime for your website.

5.1.2 DNS Management

With the provided access, we will manage the necessary DNS records, including:

  • A records: To point your domain to the correct IP address of our hosting servers
  • CNAME records: For subdomains and other services as needed
  • MX records: For email routing (if applicable)
  • TXT records: For domain verification and security purposes

We will always strive to make these changes with minimal disruption to your services and will only change records related to our web hosting.

5.2 Zoho Mail Services

We are transitioning away from managing Zoho Mail hosting services for our clients. This change is designed to provide you with more control and flexibility over your email services.

5.2.1 New Zoho Mail Setup

For new email setups, we will assist you in creating and configuring your own Zoho Mail account. This includes:

  • Guiding you through the account creation process
  • Helping with initial setup and configuration
  • Assisting with DNS record setup for email routing

Once set up, you will have full control over your Zoho Mail account, including billing and account management.

5.2.2 Transition for Existing Clients

For our existing Zoho Mail hosting clients, we will assist in transitioning your account to an independent Zoho Mail account. We will guide you through this process to ensure a smooth transfer with minimal disruption to your email services.

5.2.3 Billing Responsibility

After the transition or new setup, you will be directly responsible for all billing related to your Zoho Mail account. We will no longer handle billing for Zoho Mail services.

5.2.4 Support and Management

While we’re happy to provide initial setup assistance and general guidance, ongoing management and support for your Zoho Mail account will be your responsibility. For technical issues or account-specific queries, you’ll need to contact Zoho’s customer support directly.

5.3 Alternative Hosting Options

For clients seeking new hosting services, we provide affiliate links to reputable hosting providers. While we may receive a commission if you use these links, there is no obligation to do so, and the cost to you remains the same whether you use our affiliate link or not.

6 – Fees and Payments

6.1 – Pricing

Our fees will be outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to you. All prices are in GBP.

6.2 – Deposits

For many projects, we require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit covers initial planning, research, and resource allocation.

6.3 – Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. For ongoing services, we may require setting up a recurring payment method.

7 – Intellectual Property

7.1 – Your content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (e.g., logos, text, images). By providing this content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

8.1 – Best Efforts

We commit to providing our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will meet your specific requirements.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

8.3 – Limitation

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the services giving rise to such claim.

9 – Termination

Either party may terminate our agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
